Jacqueline Purcell, fundadora de Evolution Reentry Services, es una líder con éxitos comprobados en justicia penal y servicios de investigación.
Su experiencia trabajando con traumas en el campo de la justicia penal culminó en su viaje personal hace más de una década. Desde entonces, ha utilizado su experiencia profesional en negocios, trabajo social e investigación, dedicándose a reinventar el reingreso y las políticas y prácticas que afectan a las personas impactadas por la justicia. Jacqueline se enfoca en Servicios de Reingreso de Justicia Penal y se especializa en reconstruir vidas a través del empleo, la vivienda y la educación después del encarcelamiento.

Maria Caceres

Operations manager

María se unió recientemente a Evolution Reentry Services como nuestra Directora de Servicios de Soporte. Durante más de una década, las firmes creencias de María en la redención y el acceso a segundas oportunidades la han mantenido atada a la comunidad de justicia penal.
Inicialmente, María estaba entrelazada dentro del sistema y descubrió que quería ayudar a las mujeres que se sentían aisladas y solas mientras atravesaban un viaje tan traumático.

Alexa joined Evolution Reentry Services Wealth-Entry Team’s Homeownership Program. Alexa is has been an esteemed Property Title Research Expert for the past 10 years and brings her expertise of Real Estate Owned and Foreclosed homes to our program. She is the Director of Title Services at Fusion Title Search, LLC in Branford, CT.

Maria Cole, MSCJ

Children's Support Services Lead

Maria endured the federal prison system when her mother made some poor choices over a decade ago. while navigating the complexity of family matters, Maria chose to educate herself and graduated from Albertus Magnus College with receiving her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration on the Juvenile justice system.

David Polverari

Property Title Investigative Researcher

David joined the Evolution team after he experienced the unique emotions and grief that a husband feels when their wife is incarcerated. He has been a property title researcher for the past 18 years and specialized in Real Estate Owned Properties. He joins our Wealth-Entry Program as he knows first hand how important a home is to the success of individuals after incarceration. David is the Manager of Title Search Services at Fusion Title Search, LLC in Branford, CT.

Pastor principal, Iglesia Misión San José

P. “Joe” es Sacerdote de la Orden de los Siervos Franciscanos y graduado del Union Theological Seminary en la ciudad de Nueva York con una Maestría en Divinidad en Ministerio y Atención Pastoral.

Actualmente está asignado a la Iglesia Misión San José, llevando el Evangelio a los marginados y a las personas necesitadas dondequiera que se encuentren.

Thomas has enjoyed a versatile career as a performer, musicologist and educator. He has performed in many prestigious concert halls around the United States and Europe. Thomas is dedicated to growth and development of contemporary music. ‌

Gordon Lyde

Director of The Men of Evolution Programs

Gordon has worked his way through various Connecticut non-profit agencies and became known in the reentry circle as an agent for change. In 2022, Gordon helped Community Partners in Action build and open the Waterbury Reentry Welcome Center, providing assistance to men and women returning home after incarceration.
